Upfront project initiation and consulting services to review
each individual clients data integrity and post processing
functions to maximise the potential benefits derived by the
implementation of this type of solution.
A "client approved PDS" workflow process to ensure that only the
latest approved version of a PDS is implemented into our production
environment and utilised to produce a PDS.
A daily uploaded merge file with "pre agreed" variable content to
allow for the provision of customer specific information within the PDS.
A merge process utilising Projective's rules based engine to produce the
completed PDS documents with customer specific variable content as
well as internal management content to maintain the integrity of
the printed output through the production processes.
Automated imposition of the completed merge file to create a
print ready file ready for print production.
Print production of the imposed print ready file utilising high
quality, high volume CMYK digital printers.
Booklet production via industrial booklet making machines with barcode tracking mechanisms to
enable the tracking of page
& packet information
Packaging & Mailing options that include dispatch to dealer
groups, financial
advisors, your PDF management area or directly to your
consumer.
Note: By default, all packaging
and mailing solutions are dispatched via Australia post (using
your mail account).

Ongoing BAU lifecycle management of all documents included
within the "Smart" PDS library for the full term of the client
engagement.
